The origin and design of the trailer skid came from extensive experience in the very conditions that apply to its use. Traveling off road on our extensive coastline beaches or conquering the outback there will be times where soft sand, mud or snow will place you in difficult recovery situations. The ‘Trailer Skid’ will give you confidence wherever you travel. Designed to be used with or without the jockey wheel it allows you to recover whatever you are towing to secure ground. It doubles as a support platform for the jockey wheel when parked on soft ground and keeps your trailer hitch and mechanicals out of the sand and mud. It also allows you to maneuver your van or camper trailer in tight spots without the jockey wheel sinking into the ground. The Skid Row Trailer Skid is made from robust high grade polypropylene and carries a lifetime warranty.
